Founder & Therapist
Castle Frame, LMBT #16422, received her degree in Massage therapy in 2014 from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.
Castle’s passion for massage and bodywork therapies began at a young age through exploring various facets of alternative medicine and holistic healthcare. During her time at Hocking College, she developed a unique focus on Ayurvedic medicine and energy work by studying under Mark Cullen and Jeanie Faulkner, who have over 50 years of combined experience in Ayurveda.
Castle's appreciation for the benefits of body work expand daily as she is able to see the impact that massage plays on elevating her client's quality of life. Her focus remains on using massage as a therapeutic practice to heal the mind, body, and soul.
Castle began her own home practice in 2018 and has never looked back. She prides herself on her ability to connect deeply with clients and give special attention to each individual's unique needs and preferences. It's this dedication that helped her receive the honor of being selected as Indy Week's best massage therapist in the Triangle.
When Castle isn't dedicating her time and energy to her wonderful clients, she enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring Durham with friends, and traveling with her wife.
Hailing from Albany, Ohio, Marco is a Cowboy Corgi that leads security and serves as an executive assistant to Castle. As Chief Pup, Marco will be there to greet you as you enter the door and, if he is feeling spunky, may even let you give him a good 'ol fashion belly rub.
On the weekends, Marco likes going on hikes with his moms, galavanting around Durham, and trying to trick innocent strangers into giving him treats.
